🏗️ Director of Operations

Full-time | 1-year contract (with extension potential)

A senior leadership role for a collaborative, organized, and values-driven professional. The Director of Operations oversees finance, HR, governance, administration, and internal systems, working closely with the Board and co-Directors to support NLT’s next phase of growth, including major capital projects and strategic planning.

🤝 Tenant & Community Engagement Coordinator

Full-time | 1-year contract | 

This people-centered role supports tenants through building renovations and temporary relocations, while also strengthening tenant leadership, community engagement, and governance across NLT’s programs. You’ll work closely with tenants, housing partners, contractors, and staff to ensure renovation projects are carried out with dignity, care, and clear communication.

🔧 Specialized Building Retrofit Project Manager (Technical Projects)

Full-time | 1-year contract | 

Help steward NLT’s portfolio of community-owned homes by leading hands-on capital repair and retrofit projects, including roofs, masonry, siding, and building envelope upgrades. This role is ideal for an experienced construction or retrofit professional who enjoys being on site and delivering high-quality work in lived-in buildings.

📐 RFP: Senior Project Consultant 

Short-term consulting contract

NLT is seeking an experienced Senior Project Consultant to manage a complex State of Good Repair and Deep Energy Retrofit project at a 12-unit residential building. The project includes envelope, mechanical, window, and roof upgrades in an occupied building and requires strong construction administration and retrofit expertise.
