The Neighbourhood Land Trust (NLT), Parkdale Neighbourhood Land Trust (PNLT) and YWCA Toronto (YWCA) seek to establish and maintain a Tenant Advisory Committee for the Scatterhome portfolio to provide a platform for tenants to meaningfully advise on issues relating to Property Stewardship and Property Management of the portfolio as a whole.
The Committee will be a sub committee of the Scatterhomes Committee of the Parkdale Neighbourhood Land Trust Board of Directors, and will be composed of tenants living in the Scatterhome properties. The Committee will meet regularly with both the YWCA and the NLT to advise on issues relating to Property Stewardship and Property Management.
