PFS is a project of the PNLT’s Communications and Community Engagement Committee (CCE), and is made possible by the incredible volunteering efforts of our team:
Andrew Winchur, CCE Committee Chair
Andrew has been a PNLT volunteer since 2015, and is currently facilitating PFS’ “Radical Experiments in Land Stewardship” reading group. In 2016, he obtained a Masters in Environmental Studies from York University, with a focus on popular education for social change.
Judith Muster, Team Lead, Curriculum Coordination
After receiving her masters in English and Cultural Studies at McMaster University, Judith worked for five years as a Writing Instructor and Lecturer in the Engineering Communication Program at the University of Toronto. She is a committed activist and educator, both as a Classroom Facilitator with Fashion Takes Action and a volunteer organizer with Independent Jewish Voices.
Lucy Lynch, Curriculum Coordinator
Lucy started volunteering with the PNLT in 2018. She graduated from York University’s Masters of Environmental Studies program in 2016. She works as a researcher and the project coordinator of two York-based research projects in the Faculty of Environmental Studies and the Department of Sociology.
Sarah Aranha, Curriculum Coordinator
Sarah started volunteering with PNLT in 2016 and has since been involved in various community engagement initiatives. She is currently completing her Masters in Adult Education and Community Development at OISE; her research is focused on museum-based learning and belonging.
